I am Paola, an Italian very passionate about food since I was young.
The love for genuine Italian cuisine began as a child, thanks to my mother who was a superb cook. From her I learned to cook and I have educated my palate to Italian traditional taste-gusto.
For about 17 years I have cooperated with my family to run a Bar/Pizzeria/Trattoria located just outside Milano in Cormano, Italy.
Seven years ago I arrived in London and I broadened my work experience in some pubs and restaurants covering different roles. This has enabled me to observe and listen to the English clientele, that I found so curious and interested to explore new dishes.
My aim is to combine knowledge, passion and experience in this Polenta street food Project in order to deliver to the consumer a genuine product, with particular attention to the energy-nutrition aspect.
